Dave Moore did an excellent job from start to finish. When Dave initially presented the selling proposal plan, he was well armed with facts and pertinent information that would make the sell a success. He provided great insight as to what was necessary to prepare the home for sell. Dave was then always available when coordinating contractors or inspections. He even made himself available when in-person deliveries were necessary. We were fortunate to receive an offer within 24 hours of listing. This was, in part, due to his marketing strategy. From offer to closing, Dave was extremely helpful navigating the process with a very positive outcome. In summary, I would use Dave again and again for future home sales.

I chose Dave as my realtor (for the second time) for the great service he provided the first time and he actually raised the bar this second time. Since the beginning, his intention were for me to maximize my profit and he presented a well layout plan: 1) Put in the market at the appropriate time, 2) set the initial Price at this point based on a holistic market analysis (sale of comparable houses, buying dynamic and economic/interest situation) and 3) what to do/when with pricing if the house did not sell soon enough. My house sold for ~$40K more the price the other realtor wanted to list the house. I move out of the house/Iowa soon after the house was put on sale. I am very grateful (and sometimes sorry) for the support David provided in my absence. He went above and beyond his responsibility to check on defect/issues identified in the inspection and hired/scheduled the necessary services at great prices.

He made it clear what his professional opinion was but also listened to our wants/desires. We did not entirely agree with his opinion in the beginning but reluctantly trusted the professional. In the end he was certainly worth trusting, he had a great understanding of the market and how to maximize the value we received from our house. He had our house sold in 2 days with multiple offers above our expectations.
